We Don't Sell Products Directly
Carry-On Authority is an independent travel gear review and comparison website. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill any products. All products featured on our site are sold by third-party retailers such as Amazon and other travel gear retailers.
If you purchased a product through a link on our site, your purchase was made directly with that retailer, and their return and refund policies apply.
Returning a Product Purchased on Amazon
If you purchased a product through one of our Amazon affiliate links, Amazon's standard return policy applies. Most items sold on Amazon can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return:
- Visit Amazon's Returns Center
- Sign in to your Amazon account
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return

Returning a Product from Another Retailer
If you purchased a product through a link to another retailer on our site, please contact that retailer directly for their return and refund policy. Return policies vary by retailer and product type.
Issues with Your Order
If you have an issue with an order — such as a damaged item, missing package, or incorrect product — please contact the retailer where you made your purchase. As an affiliate review site, we do not have access to order information and are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds on behalf of any retailer.
